Janet is a real estate investor, coach, developer and speaker. As CFO, she has bought, sold, rehabbed, and managed over $700 million in single-family and multi-unit apartment buildings in Baltimore, Md., NJ and Ga. She and her husband are currently building a $37 million apt.building for grandparents raising grandchildren, the first black americans to do so in their former Home town of Paterson, NJ.
